This place was amazing! So much space and loved that it had three bathrooms. They provided more than enough amenities and the condo was so clean. I loved having coffee on the balcony and looking at the mountains.

We had a great stay! We came for my son’s engagement and it couldn’t have been a better place to stay. I loved how updated the house was and it had a comfortable homie feel.The outdoor table and seating added the perfect touch to enjoy morning breakfast to having sunset dinners. It was something we will always remember for my son’s engagement. Highly recommend staying here.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, from texts letting us know the door code to a number to call to see about early check-in. The condo was beautiful, very well-appointed (kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc.) and extremely clean. All five of us adults who stayed were completely happy with the condo, and would happily book here again!

After long days adventuring in Kauai, this was a incredible spot to come home and relax. Ample space for everybody, all the comforts of home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice condos in great location

We enjoyed our family stay at Pili Mai 5C. Location was great with very short drives to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Condo was as advertised, clean, had everything we needed. Being that our trip was in January, the temperatures are a bit cooler and the pool is not heated, so we didn't use the pool as much as we had anticipated. Overall a minor issue and wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Pili Mai Family Condo

We stayed for two weeks in this condo with four adults and a child. We found the property management company to be easy to communicate with and felt they were responsive. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. In particular, the kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with all you need to cook a great meal. It was handy to have an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as three bathrooms. The pool area was really nice and the little wading pool for the kids was an extra bonus for us. The condo location is excellent. Close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, although we did drive to the beach. If it is just adults, it is an easy 15 minute walk but for a family it is a bit too far with little ones. Overall, we hope to be back again one day!

A perfect home away from home

Everything about this unit is fantastic. You name it and it has it. The only problem we had was to find the place because our flight was quite late and it was dark. The garage and parking spot is little bit away from the unit, otherwise it is excellent. Very convenient, close to everything. Check in and out very easy. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for your stay in Poipu. Mahalo for a memorable trip.

This unit was spotless, appeared to be brand new, and had perfect touches to make us feel comfortable. With a nice welcome basket and a spacious floorplan, central A/C (or a lovely cross-breeze from the lanai to the front door), a beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows, this was the most inviting and comfortable condo our family has stayed in. The condo complex has a lovely swimming pool, an adequate exercise area, and felt safe and quiet with a mix of residents and renters. -- We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai, running on trails right outside the complex, shopping and dining in the nearby shopping centers, and being so close to Poipu Beach and its sea turtles; this was a true oasis for our family. -- We hope to return, as this was a true gem of a property; mahalo for sharing this lovely home with us!

Pili Mai 5C superb condo, well equipped, spacious

We loved this condo unit (four adults in our group). The property management company communication was excellent! (they texted and emailed). They even provided a welcoming gift basket in the unit for our arrival. The condo was very clean. The condo had signs posted throughout the unit, which provided very useful information and instructions. We were all very impressed with the modern and lovely finishes throughout the unit. The unit is very spacious. The beds were all comfortable. Having three bathrooms was fantastic. The AC worked well, after we adjusted the vents, so that the front bedroom (twin beds) was not so warm. The WiFi worked well too. The kitchen was very nicely and amply equipped for our week long stay, and lots of storage space to boot!. The fridge even had an ice-maker! The unit has a full-size washer & dryer which was very convenient. The views of the mountains and grounds from the lanai were beautiful. There were parking spaces included with the unit. We only ended up using outdoor parking space, as it was most convenient. The pool/hot tub area was very clean. The hot tub was not set too hot, it was the perfect temperature. The complex is very quiet and well maintained. The location is superb! It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, a few beaches, and nearby orchid/succulent gardens. It's a short drive to all the sights, shops, restaurants, and excursions around the southern Kauai area. We highly recommend this condo unit!

There ended up being 5 of us that stayed and the place is so well laid out so everyone had their own space, bathrooms and TV (which was hard to find with the other units in this complex). The unit was so spacious, clean and very well stocked including beach towels for everyone. The garage also chairs, snorkelling masks, boogie boards etc to use. This unit is also steps from the pool and the outdoor BBQs. The rental company was also at your fingertips via text if you had any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a place to accommodate your guests and for people to have their own space:)
