"The staff was friendly, doing their best with upgrades and construction. The cabinet upgrades and color schemes were nice. Electrical upgrades for phone chargers were a great improvement. I had two rooms. One of the rooms had a faulty heater that poured out cold air...the lamp nearest the hvac unit did not work. The soap dispenser in the bathrooms are too low and need to be brought up to near eye level! The mattress pads on the beds were horrible and need to be updated!"

"This place is great. The local is amazing - short walk to national park entrance so no need for two shuttle rides if you can make the 6 minute walk into park for Zion shuttle. You look outside and see the mountains. Both check in and out were extremely easy - answered all questions and gave suggestions. Very clean property. "

"The hotel markets these rooms as “deluxe spacious suites” for around $600 a night, but that couldn’t be further from the reality. What you actually get is a cramped space—likely under 300 square feet—with an excessive amount of furniture squeezed in to justify claiming it accommodates more guests. The layout feels cluttered and uncomfortable, not luxurious. To make matters worse, what’s advertised as a “patio” is essentially just a front walkway, offering no real privacy or usable outdoor space. Overall, the experience feels misleading and overpriced for what’s provided. Definitely not worth the premium price."

"AutoCamp is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, but overall felt a bit overrated for the price. The Airstream experience, while unique, didn’t quite justify the cost, especially with added resort fees. Breakfast was included, but it was very minimal—just coffee and granola—which wasn’t quite enough to start the day. The surrounding area is quite quiet with limited activities, and it’s easy to miss the property at night. We initially booked an Airstream but switched to a Class Suite, which turned out to be more comfortable and better equipped for our stay. The location is about 12–13 miles from Zion National Park Visitor Center, so planning ahead is important. Next time, I would prefer staying closer to Springdale for easier park access and more dining and activity options."

"Lovely that every room has a patio or balcony (two chairs, small table, two levels, no elevator). Hotel is set back below street so one cannot hear the road. Rooms good size. There's a grassy area kids could play on away from rooms. Small pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is sit down (remember cash to give a tip :) ) w good number of choices. Good sized Gift shop, ice cream/pie at street and great grocery store (pricey, has lots of things) 3 buildings over."
