"Beautiful building, some rooms have balconies, good aircon, basic bathroom but adequate. Short walk from the train station and almost in the centre. Beautiful park one street away. There is no kitchen but common area has a microwave, kettle and a small fridge (no sink, plates, mugs or cutlery) There is also a coffee machine, coffee costs €1. Good value for money!"

Thirty-seven exquisite oil paintings by the renowned Bulgarian artist Emil Stoychev are displayed in the common areas. The helpful Iliana, the front office manager, is the heart and soul of the establishment. The personalized semi-buffet continental breakfast is a true highlight. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring very large shower and toilet areas; the hotel offers almost everything one would find in a five-star deluxe property."
