"In 20 Jahren Reisen mit Ferienwohnungen und Apartments wurde mir noch nie der Wasserverbrauch und Stromverbrauch abgelesen in Rechnung gestellt. Auch Bettwäsche gehört für mich in den Mietpreis einkalkuliert. Diese Erfahrung hat die eigentlich schöne Unterkunft völlig vereinnahmt und kaputt gemacht. "Grundsätzlich haben wir eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr warm (Fußbodenheizung), diese haben wir dann ausgeschaltet und es war trotzdem ausreichend. Ansonsten ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Haus ziemlich hellhörig. Sauberkeit liess noch Wünsche offen. Die Abrechnung von Wasser und Strom wurde sehr großzügig zu Gunsten des Vermieters abgerechnet. (Unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Marktpreise) Trotz dessen können wir den Schlosspark Bad Saarow...

It’s not what it says

"This place was not what it said. It said they had a restaurant and bowling ally on the property. When we arrived we were not told any of this. We had just traveled and not ate all day. In the hotel room the hotel info still had a menu for room service and hours of operation for the restaurant. It didn’t open til 5. It was 3:30 so we decided to wait also because there wasn’t any other food options close by. We head down at 5 only to find out it’s permanently closed as well as the bowling alley. So me and my family had to walk 20 mins to the nearest restaurant. The hotel also states that it’s only a 11 minute drive to the airport. It wasn’t. It was a 20 minute drive so we had to pay more for a taxi than we originally had thought. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy but there’s a apartment across from the hotel and the people were very noisy til very late. There was also benches under our window that people were hanging out drinking and smoking til late as well. Since there’s no air conditioning we had our windows open and smoke was coming in our room and set the smoke alarm off twice super late around midnight when we were asleep. Me and my family were very disappointed with this hotel."

Lovely family holiday.

"Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."
