This hotel is exceptional, with impeccable service from the staff. We travelled with a 7 month old baby, and the staff (literally every single member) were incredible accommodating and just went out of their way to make our stay feel like a home!
The room was large and really clean - can’t ask for any more.
The excursions team were phenomenal as well - taking us few trips that have left memories stamped into us forever.
I wish I could rate this hotel above a 10/10 by

Great value property. 15 minute boat transfer. Half board was good. Pastry chef was amazing and Shameen, our waiter, was excellent.
