"Clean room and efficient staff"

"The room was subpar. It’s so old and badly maintained. I needed to change rooms twice and so did the rest of the 3 families that were travelling with us. Two rooms smelled bad, one room has its AC down. The buffet was awful. Very disappointed. Highly discouraged people staying here especially families."

"Very clean Amazing, helpful staff. Great views of the city and the ocean. Breakfast buffet has many options but same items everyday. Rooms are not very soundproof. We heard our jet lagged, very loud guests nextdoor every night ,at 3am and 4am … Also nearby concerts every night with loud music which lasted until midnight ."

"I had a great breakfast, but unfortunately, one of the staff members was quite rude to me. They didn't even let me explain the situation before reacting."
