"Pros: Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber. Kleine Küche mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz für KFZ und Fahrräder konnten direkt am Haus abgestellt werden. Eigener Zugang zur Wohnung im Keller. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnt im Haus. Cons: Die Wohnung liegt im Keller, also die Aussicht der Fenster etwas eingeschränkt. "This hotel maintains the high standards of Steigenberger. There is pride in the craft, thus the staff are helpful, professional, and pleasant. It is a little island (Insel) refuge, and pays homage in many ways to its origin as a Dominican cloister. Get a room facing the Bodensee for the full experience, and always include the breakfast!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."

"The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"
