The ground floor apartment located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest in Konzell offers 100 m² of space for up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with 2 single beds – as well as a living room with a sofa bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, baby cot, high chair, and step-free access throughout the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer, and there is also a separate toilet.



Enjoy the private garden and the spacious covered terrace with a view of the nearby Ödbach stream. The apartment is located directly on the Danube-Regen cycle path – ideal for walks and as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
