"We are a family couple from chennai booked hotel at last minute. We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next...

"The hotel room was very spacious, clean and we had even a fridge with a Minibar. Waterboiler was there and coffee powder/tea. AC was in the room and a fan. There was also a big separate room with a wardrobe. The bathroom was western standard. The hotel seemed relatively new, also the remarkable elevator, which brought us silently to the 4th floor.
