Rooms and hotel in general were beautifully clean. Lots of memorabilia though out there hotel. Only downsides was a very hard mattress and not a lot of floor room for bags. Super place to stay,right in the middle of Warnambool and Port Fairy.

This hotel was well located for the Great Ocean Road. The hot spring soak was great. Dinner at Tides was amazing. Wonderful food and great service. The room itself was comfortable enough but very dark. Some lights were out. It was very loud. People were carrying on at the hotel driveway and smoking ...

The reception staff are all new, very nice and attentive. The owners/management are just pure greedy. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s not worth what they charge you can’t even find basic amenities in the room!
