"Every single staff member in the hotel was very friendly and warm. Especially the server in the beach front restaurant, Vacalaini, she was very sweet and looked after us and my daughter very well. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the swimming pools were amazing, the buffet had great selections of food. We had a great time. Only one thing was that when we checked in the hotel we were told that our booking wasn’t included breakfast. But I was sure that I paid for the breakfast. I don’t know it was “Hotels.com”‘s mistake or the hotel’s reservation administration mistake. Unfortunately the itinerary didn’t show anything about breakfast and hotels.com’s AI customer service wasn’t great. Fortunately the hotel staff, Lydia, kindly checked it with their reservation team. She was very helpful. Overall the hotel and the staff were amazing!! Beautiful beach front location and close to the airport. Highly recommend! "

"The resort is directly across from the airport with a free shuttle. Beautiful grounds and pool with a nice restaurant and coffee shop. The staff are attentive and friendly and the rooms clean. Enjoyed my 2 day stay there ! "

"As we drove into the vicinity of the resort, we thought where are we going. As we passed the fuel and gas depots we were quite concerned, but once we saw the marina and arrived at First Landing, we fell in love. This place has old traditional Fiji beauty, and we loved our beachfront room. The staff were exceptionally. Their warm smile and wish to please was such a beautiful thing to experience. If you’re after glitz and glamour, this may not be the place for you, but if you want old Fijian charm, First Landing won’t disappoint. We loved every minute of our stay. "

"Highly recommended! The palms is an awesome place to stay at. Cross over to the marina that includes various shops and restaurants and buy souvenirs to choose from. Great wifi service. Staff very friendly and happy to cater for your needs. Will definitely go back to Fiji and stay at the palms again. Vinaka ❤️❤️"

"The room was nice and cool, a great oasis when the sun by the pool got too hot. We found the connecting door let through a LOT of sound from the next room, and the seal around our main entry door let in a lot of light at night - equivalent to having a nightlight on. The resort is beautiful and well-appointed, very close for our planned activities. Next time I have those activities on Denerau I would stay here again!"
