The modern and comfortable bungalow (about 30 square meters) has a bathroom with shower / WC and a combined living and sleeping area for a maximum of 2 adults. In the combined living and sleeping area is a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Barbecue with a large terrace is available. First-time bed linen and towels, Internet Wi-Fi and parking are included.

Idyllic quiet location with view to the Korswandter forest directly at the golf course. In about 10 minutes walk you reach the lake (Wolgastsee), there are fishing opportunities, boat rentals, hiking trails around the lake, snack, restaurants, children's playground and recreational opportunities. In Korswandt there are restaurants, a skating rink and a bicycle rental. A direct bike path / hiking trail leads to 3 km away Kaiserbad Ahlbeck and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

Saubere, kleine Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Modernes, sehr sauberes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartement in sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Rande eines Golfplatzes. Großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung inkl. Essplatz, Grillmöglichkeit, Liegestühle, Wäscheleine etc. Netter Vermieter, Kommunikation unkompliziert und freundlich. Fahrräder können für 5€ am Tag gemietet werden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen. Ein schöner See mit Bootsverleih, Imbiss etc. befindet sich direkt im Ort und mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10min bis Ahlbeck. Ein Pluspunkt ist das gut funktionierende WLan, v.a. da man keinen Handyempfang hat. Einziges kleines Manko: der Kühlschrank brummt sehr laut, sodass nachts Ohropax zu empfehlen sind. Sonst alles top!
