The Seeadler holiday home is a spacious and family-friendly semi-detached house in an idyllic location in the village of Korswandt, nestled in a protected landscape area near the three imperial spas on the island of Usedom. With approximately 70 square metres of living space spread over two floors, the holiday home offers a well-thought-out layout with plenty of comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open living area with a modern kitchenette that is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A separate dining table provides ample space for shared meals, while the cosy living area with a couch, rocking chair, and TV invites you to relax. During the cooler months, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. The ground floor is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine for your personal use.

During the summer months, you can enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace with a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, and an umbrella. A charcoal grill is available for social evenings—perfect for relaxed barbecues under the open sky.

The upper floor features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with an open footboard, a closet, and its own TV. The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) that are easy to get into and can be arranged flexibly as single beds or a double bed. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened and offer ideal conditions for a restful night’s sleep. In addition, there is a spacious second bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub and toilet.

All windows are equipped with insect screens. To ensure a worry-free start to your holiday, the beds are already made, plenty of towels are provided, and a basic supply of all essentials is available. A parking space right next to the house, free Wi-Fi, and a lockable, ground-level bike storage room with charging capabilities for e-bikes round out the amenities.
