"Spent two nights here while attending the passchendaele 100 memorial events and I was pleasantly surprised how large and comfortable the room was, especially the bathroom which was huge. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of good quality coffee hot croissant's and fruit bread. We booked an evening meal on the second night and it really was fantastic, the locally produced steak was cooked to perfection and cray fish starters were delicious. "Stayed in this hotel for three nights over Christmas. Location could not have been better; just behind the Broel towers it is a 5 min walk into town. Kortrijk was lovely over Christmas, beautifully decorated with trees and lights and a Christmas market in the main square. Parking was easy in a public car park across the street (6 euro for 24 hrs). "I came across for the tour of flanders. Very convenient place to stay, less than 5mins walk/cycle to the station in Kortrijk. They have a secure bike area which, whilst a bit packed, was ideal. Rooms were clean, although the lack of door to the bathroom could make it a little awkward if you're sharing!"
