Ki.Kos - Private House with courtyard

Welcome to Ki.Kos.

Our property is fully renovated and brand new equipped.
A ground floor detached house of 90 square meters with a private back yard of about 40 square meters.
This House includes 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) able to accommodate in total up to 4 people,
plus a living room and one open space kitchen with dining room as well as one very big bathroom with walk in shower.
The house is lit naturally by three large windows and the two skylights in the ceiling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware including an espresso and a filter coffee machine.
The backyard is completely for your private use and includes outdoor dining area, furniture, electrical retractable folding arms awning, a big umbrella as well as an outdoor shower.
Trying to keep the house in its original traditional architecture we did not change front view as well as most of the interior layout of the building.
One of the most notable features of our house are the skylights οn the celling of the interior spaces which provide plenty of natural lighting during the day and the option of artificial lighting during the night.
Τhe entrance door of the house is the original οne and is a work of art of the unique architecture of its time.

As safety means a lot for us, the house is equipped with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and security cameras (CCTV) only in the exterior areas of the property.
Also please note that, for safety reasons, the house is equipped with an electricity safety card which should be always removed when no one is staying in the house.

- just 3 mins walk (200 meters) from Dolphin square.
- 7mins walk (500 meters) form Eleftherias Central Square.
- less than 15 mins walk (1km) from the ferry boat main port of Kos.
- 6 mins (500meters) walk from the nearest organized beach.
