- Brandnew property and architectural highlight - Nice staff and no long waiting time during breakfast for coffee and fresh orange juice - Directly located at the beach with a nice beach bar - The room with the pool and sea view is absolutely perfect - Gym was clean and useful - Location good and in walking distance to the centre of Kos - Thanks to Dora at the reception for the warm welcome :-) - We will definitely come back!

This was my second visit to Kos and I chose this hotel hoping for a new experience. I regret that decision and wish I had returned to the other local five star property. While the hotel’s architecture is striking and the design gives an initial impression of luxury, the reality did not match the expectation. Although the rooms are finished to a high standard, there were visible defects throughout the property. Service was inconsistent. Some staff were excellent, but repeated unprofessional interactions overshadowed this. A serious issue arose when I was wrongly accused on multiple occasions of not paying a pool bar tab, despite showing clear proof. The situation was poorly handled by staff and management, leaving me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. The hotel has some redeeming features. The pool area is spacious with direct beach access. The gym is small but useful. The spa staff were polite but the experience lacked the calm and luxury expected, ending abruptly in a public area near guests queueing for towels. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming. Coffee came from a machine and the buffet lacked the quality expected from a five star resort. What began with promise quickly declined due to poor service, mismanagement and a lack of professionalism. These issues significantly impacted my stay. This hotel does not meet five star standards and my experience was far below what I had hoped. I would not return and do not recommend it. One star.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, neu und gepflegt! Das Personal zuvorkommend und auf Zack. Wellness bzw. Massageangebot riesig und lohnenswert. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die Pools sind gepflegt und toll von der Aufteilung.

Neues, luxuriöses und stilvolles Hotel direkt am Strand. Zimmer modern und sauber, mit Swim-Up oder Privatpool – bei der Buchung am besten auf die Sonnenseite achten. Strand und Pools top gepflegt, Liegen kostenlos (manchmal knapp). Frühstück gut, aber etwas wiederholend und teils kleine Wartezeiten. Personal freundlich, Lage ruhig (Adults Only), Kos-Stadt in ca. 30 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Eines der schönsten Hotels der Umgebung – sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Hotel mit (noch) Luft nach oben.

Noch sind Kinderkrankheiten vorhanden (Service langsam und unerfahren, einige Hotelbereiche noch unvollständig, Strandtücher werden nur auf Nachfrage gewechselt, Gym ohne Handtücher, Rauchmelder im Zimmer die Nachts im Sekundentakt grün blinken, Elektrizitätsprobleme im Hotelzimmer), die Zukunft wird nun zeigen ob das Hotel der Außenwirkung gerecht wird. Dennoch bereits jetzt eine sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft mit Potenzial!
