    Ideally located in the sunny and quiet village of Mastichari, Seabreeze villas offers a luxurious solution for those looking for a special holiday in total privacy with family or friends.

    It is situated just 100 m from the most beautiful beach in Mastichari, with golden sands and fully equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Those looking for a sports centre nearby can take advantage of hiring out a canoe/kayak, as well as catamarans/kitesurfing/windsurfing

    The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 people, and is composed of 3 bedrooms across two floors (3 levels in total)

    On the ground floor, you can find a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need, the lounge area, a bathroom and a double bedroom.

    Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom down the hallway

    On this floor, you can access a huge terrace where you can spend relaxing moments listening to music while gazing at the sea.

    On the top floor, you can find another terrace where you can enjoy an incredible view

    The ground floor also a large glass door which leads onto a veranda with table and sofas

    In addition, the villa is completed by a 15 m2 swimming pool and a 256 m2 garden

    You can find a BBQ area outside where you can enjoy a great cook out

    The villa is equipped with the latest audio/video systems, such as LCD Smart TV screens, and wireless audio systems for connecting your phone/PC
