"We booked this hotel last minute and had no expectations- when we got there we were blown away! Felt like a luxury hotel, big room, very nice staff with amazing English and the location is unbelievable! In the same building there’s a subway station and it’s close to everything "

"We had a great stay at the Croom hotel. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the spa in the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location - we loved the park area near the hotel (look for the Eiffel Tower style TV tower) where there were great shops and restaurants. Of note, several reviews mention that the hotel is in a noisy area but there was no noise issues at all during our stay. "

"Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again."
