Das Parken im Hof ist ohne Probleme möglich, was ein großer Vorteil ist und auch die Nutzung des Gartenbereiches (Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden) ist sehr schön.Den Vermieter kann man jederzeit konsultieren und er steht Fragen immer offen, kooperativ und freundlich gegenüber.Mit freundlichen GrüßenS. und K. "Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer gut ausgestatteten FeWo. Neue Küche, bequeme Betten, geschmackvolle und trotzdem zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Die Lage ist außerdem super: Mit unserem 4-jährigem Sohn sind wir auf dem kurzen Weg zum Strand am Spielplatz gegenüber vorbei. Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar Karls Erlebnishof sind (wenn man möchte) fußläufig erreichbar. Für uns eine super Kombination. Auch der Check-In und -Out liefen reibungslos. Top!"

"Wir waren sehr überrascht über die super vielseitige Ausstattung der Wohnung. Vor allem in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, alles neue hochwertige Elektrogeräte.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, alles kurze Wege zu den Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten.Bemerkenswert ist auch die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung sowie auf dem Grundstück des Hauses.Leider fehlte es am persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Verwalter !"

"Der Aufenthalt war schön in einer gut geschnittenen Wohnung in ruhiger Lage in der Vorsaison. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Leider haben wir in den 6 Tagen keinen Schlüssel für den E Bike Schuppen erhalten und müssten die Räder auf der Terrasse am Balkonmast anschließen und abdecken. Die verschmutzte Terrasse habe ich grob von Unkraut befreit und gereinigt."

"Aufenthalt auf der Insel selber, sehr gut. Hatten eine andere Wohnung gebucht...... Die wir bekommen haben, kannten wir, genau wie die, die wir gebucht hatten. Leider mussten wir jetzt die schlechtere Wohnung nehmen. Oder unseren Urlaub abbrechen. Fehler lag eindeutig bei der Vermittlung. Also das nächstemal werden wir wieder wo anders buchen. Ist jetzt das zweitemal passiert."
