Welcome to our cosy holiday home in the Salzburg Lake District! This detached single-family home is located in a central yet quiet area of Köstendorf and offers the ideal starting point for relaxation, nature experiences, and excursions to the city of Salzburg.

The holiday home is perfect for families, couples, or friends and features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the cosy living room, a couch and a TV invite you to relax. The couch can also be used as a sleeper sofa if needed. The fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and social evenings. The house also features a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate bathroom. The balcony is not accessible due to safety regulations.

A special highlight is the private garden with a patio and outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy breakfast, relax, or wind down at the end of the day in a peaceful atmosphere. A small stream runs right by the house, contributing to the pleasant ambiance and particularly appreciated by families. A large private parking area directly in front of the house comfortably accommodates up to two vehicles.

The location perfectly combines nature and comfort. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the village centre, featuring two bakeries and restaurants. For hiking enthusiasts, the nearby Tannberg is easily accessible on foot and offers beautiful walking and hiking trails.
