Very nice and clean the hotel itself is beautiful !!! The staff was extremely helpful with all my travel questions and did their best with me even though my Japanese is horrible! So beautiful there’s so much nature surrounding the property.

The rooms are a little dated, but not so much that it makes it bad. The convince of the airport shuttles, the decent price and the friendly staff was well worth the stay. We missed our train and came in late and they had no problems getting us checked in quickly. They even upgraded us to the royal ...
