Bedroom was nice, but bathroom needed refurbishment. Very old toilet bowl and shower. Water took very long time to get hot. Breakfast was decent though.

The recieptionist not very friendly when we arrived. I think there is bed bug as i and ny doughter feels ithcy on the next day.

Could have been better
Smoke smell, with no sound proof and leaking in sink. Just not pleasant experience. But with the price (cheap), it cater all the compulsory facilities.

An affordable hotel in a good location
We spent in hotel just one night and everything was ok. We could use our romm early in the morning, which was very nice.

I am no a type of person that have time to give feedback, but this hotel deserve mine. Hotel staff are very polite, willing to give us check in early because we are really tired after 7 hour drive to Kota Bharu. Breakfast buffet food are delicious. The room is comfy. Parking provided. In town, very close to Pasar Siti Khadijah and other interesting places. Definitely will check in this hotel again if i go to Kota Bharu.

The "Nasty" inn
We had only been in the hotel for less than a minute and the staff started lying to us, the first of many. The room smelt of smoke with an overpowering stretch of damp and fowl plumbing, it is the first time we have had to go out to buy air freshener for a room. The room was not equipped as described on Expedia, when I asked for the equipment they told me my favorite lie, that Expedia had written the room spec. After showing them how ridiculous their suggestion was they told me they would ring the manager, another lie. After some time I had not heard back from them so I went back to reception told them I would stay there until the manager came to speak to me, the issue was partly resolved. However the room was still a depressing prison like room with no natural light or fresh air. Inferior room but in no way a superior room. Breakfast is difficult to fully describe, the food was inedable and the tea / coffee undrinkable. Only went to breakfast once, once too many times. All in all staying here was a very unpleasant experiance avoid if you don't want the same, it truly is a Nasty hotel.

AVOID! Faulty towers in Kota Bharu exists!
AVOID! The photo's of the rooms must have been from either another hotel, or from the 80's as our rooms were different, dirty, smelly (of smoke) and not at all close to the image presented. The reception was unable to provide even the easiest info (where can I get some ice!?), nor did they read our request for an extra bed, so we had to wait to get our son to rest. The area is bad, nothing in close worth while mentioning. Overall, this was our worst hotel in 3 months of travel so far! AVOID!

Just for overnight stop
This is our 2nd times stay at this hotel & guess what? In the same deluxe room. Room is to small for 2 adults & 1 kid (without window). Breakfast request to top up for the sandwich but not available. Overal ok to stay at this hotel.

Centrally located.
This is the older hotel of the Dynasty branch so if you want to stay in a newer place then it is located in Wakaf Che Yeh. Check in was prompt, the room, a Deluxe with twin room was small minus a fridge, safety deposit box and a hair drier. TV reception was erratic with 3 channels from Thailand. Breakfast was filling with a view of the town. Wifi was not available from my room on the 4th floor but I did not bother to inquire at the lobby. The staff were friendly but the room was too small, I did inquire on the bigger Exexcutive Room but it was fully booked, you need to pay an additional RM30.00 for that which comes with a small fridge.. travelling around was a breeze and there were ample parking space albeit it was an open air parking area. Suitable for the budget minded, just for a place to rest and keep your stuffs after shopping but nothing more.

DONT TRUST THE PICTURE
I book the executive room thingking of spacious and luxury accomodation since the room is called executive room. But the room is so small.. no cupboard.. the furniture is from the 90s.. the toilet also from 90s.. the aircond is working but not properly.. thank god the room is clean.. the breakfast provided is very minimal.. overall.. it is more a motel than a hotel..

You get what you pay for.
The Housekeeping Dept should pay a little attention to the cleanliness. The bathroom sink was filthy dirty. Towels were bad just like cleaning rugs and should be thrown away. The were replaced in the subsequent nights when we complained. Front Desk staff were nice and responded positively to our complaint. Food for Breakfast could be improved.

A cosy abode during Aidil Adha celebrations
The staff was brilliant; while the buffet breakfast was nothing short of excellent. The room was perfect while the facilities and amenities provided was just enough.

I've had better
I've stayed at this hotel before and had a great stay. However this time, I had problems with the internet and the hot shower. It takes at least 10mins for the shower to get hot...and then sometimes it only gets warm. My laptop could not connect to their internet and neither could my phone, so I had no internet for my stay. Two things that I want in a hotel. A good hot shower and good internet...neither of which were provided here.

Bathroom are not well kept
The moment we stepped into the bathroom you can smell urine. The toilet bowl, bathroom floor and walls have stains all over. It is like never use any brush or scrub to wash it. Then, the bed sheets on the comforter looks like not changed at all. Luckily we stayed for a night only. Room is spacious if you have kids and intend to bring on portable bed roll as the floor is not carpeted. Air condition is like not maintained or cleaned as you can see a layer of dust or yellow stuff at where the wind is coming out. TV channels were not clear and limited.

Great Service
Whilst I did not spend the night at Dynasty I was very impressed by the Receptionist. A young Malay chap that can also converse well in Mandarin. In addition he was most helpful in getting a taxi for me and then cancelling the service without any charges. All in a great experience.

Considering the price, room size is okay. Internet a bit dodgy, you get wireless but it doesn't connect to the internet sometimes. Car park places plentyful. Near, walking distances, to some great eateries. On the whole, an average hotel, where you get what you pay for.

Recommended and affordable
The staff is very friendly. You can extend your stay and check out at 6pm by paying 50% of your room price. Free parking is available at the back of the hotel compound. Each stay is included with breakfast. Breakfast is at lev 6 rooftop and the Fried Kueytiaw is to die for! Easy to locate the hotel. Near to court.

clean room and a pretty decent bathroom. received all basic neccesities including towels, shower foam and coffee and tea. the breakfast was dissappointing as not many choices provided. i would prefer them to serve tradition kelantanese breakfast i.e nasi kerabu which would be lovely.

The feeling of staying in that hotel not same as the photos in website. The photo gallery shows a grand feeling or exclusive hotel. But actually is not. I feel the price of that room is expensive and not meet up with our expectations.

Cons: no remote control for the air condition in the room. There are mosquitoes in this city so better make sure the windows are closed when you arrive/check in. There is a nice hotel called grand river view (5mn walk) where you can go for lunch or dinner. Wifi in the room.
