not as per photo, Rm 100 with dusty, look old , soap in the half cut plastic bottle!, no tooth brush, no breakfast, no kettle ,tv remote malfunction, aircond not cool, water not hot …. it should be half price.
Double bed not specification for two guest if the guest is fat. Water tab slow, water heater not funtion

The service of the staff was fantastic and they were very friendly and helpful. However, shower caps, slippers, toothbrush and paste were not provided. No fridge. A mirror and a dustbin are found in the bathroom and not found in the bedroom. No lift. There are 3 levels - ground, first floor and second floor. The hotel offers free transport to the airport.
Airport transfer was not provided, instead I was told to use Grab to the hotel, and airport transport for late night and early morning costs so expensive that it's not worth staying this hotel. Wifi also not usable, which betrays the ad on Hotel.com. Hotel's facilities are outdated overall, not at all comfortable. I used to like this hotel and have been a loyal customer for more than 6 years, but since the hotel management changed a few years ago, their service started deteriorate. I don't think I no longer stick to this hotel. The hotel has lost one loyal customer.
Its what you would expect from a budget hotel however it has a lot of rooms for improvements especially the toilet. The hotel was close to the beach and the airport.
No window hotel room jz like living in a box... picture shows on booking site different from real situaition.....

I booked a twin sharing bedroom but upon arrival, all the rooms are full and had to do with a family room. 1 double,4 single...there are 2 airconditioners..but only 1 functioning. The place is not child friendly..a toddler could easliy fell down the stairs.
I also booked for an early breakfast and was informed tht it will be serve at 7 30am..we went to the waiting room at 8.25..and was told tht breakfast was not ready as they are waiting for the bakery to open for business..which happens to be just across the streer.
We needed a place to stay on our way to Sandakan since we landed at 12:30 am. Their shuttle picked us up and brought us back and forth to the hotel. Rooms were small but clean. Mattresses were hard. Wifi didn't work in one room. For the price and shuttle service it provided.
We arrived early for check-in and the hotel staff were kind enough to allow us to check-in early. Upon entering the room, we noticed a sharp, acrid smell that diminished once we turned on the air-conditioning. We were extremely disappointed to discover the room was a far cry from what we say online; it was definitely dimmer, smaller, and not as clean as we would've liked. The shower heads (rain shower and portable) weren't functioning very well and leaked at a couple of spots. The toilet door couldn't close completely (the toilet is frosted glass as well) so it was quite awkward for my travelling companion and I. There was also mould growing on the shower curtains. We also had to wait until the second day before getting a hair dryer as the hair dryers were fully utilised. Since our flight was in the evening, the hotel staff graciously allowed us to check-out late and there was free airport transfer as well. Overall OK for a short stay but wouldn't recommend for longer durations.

staff friends, clean but we onlystay there half a dah, and they provided transport to the airport, which at first we did not know about it until later when the staff inform us. Good service.
I stayed here for one week in July. The hotel staff were great and did their best to make my stay a good one. There was a small coffee shop where you could get breakfast. They also do great coffee and cakes for an afternoon treat.
The hotel is about a twenty minute walk from Tanjung Aru Beach with its wonderful sunsets and there are some great restaurants within easy reach. There is also a supermarket very near so you can stock up on essentials and snacks. You need to be aware of the proximity of the hotel to the airport as it is near the flight path. It did not worry me too much, however, some guests may find this annoying. If you are in Tanjung Aru you are going to hear the aircraft noise
Would I stay in this hotel again? Certainly.
The hotel deco is quite exclusive and have all the facilities although the price is low and very affordable. I don't expect much before i come, but to my surprise, i'm satisfied. The only thing i don't really prefer is the size of the room. It's a tiny room, but enough space for a family of three like mine.
This hotel near to airport. You can just call uber or grab car and pay less than rm10. The breakfast is just basic like cereals, scramble egg with coffee or tea. The interior of this hotel is nice and clean. Unfortunately, they do not have lift so you need to carry your luggage by the stairs. The hotel have only 3 floor level.

Overall, the hotel is OK. The staffs were friendly
The rooms were small but comfortable, suitable for a short-stay. The staffs were OK and friendly. Nearby restaurants were OK but the prices for the meals were a bit expensive. Rated > 3 stars ++. Thank you.

Basic clean room and nice simple breakfast. I like the convenience of their transport service and the attitude of the staff. A very pleasant stay !

Did the job....
Room was clean with good AC and the staff friendly. Very little in the area although it felt safe and relaxed but the hotel mini bus was excellent and good value, always free to take you into town which is 10 mins away.
Hard bed, breakfast wasn't great (good value though) but the coffee made up for it.
Overall, it worked for my purpose and was good value.
Not too bad and not too good. Staff are friendly, especially those at the cafe. Room rather disappointing. Aircond with no remote, very cold! Hardest mattress Ive ever felt and saw 2 cockroach in the room.
