"The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. "

"Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. "I needed a private apartment in Colombo for a week, in Thimbirigasyaya, near SSC, Colpetty, Bambalapitiya and Wellawatte. It comes furnished and has a separate garage for parking a reasonably sized car. It is large and airy, with plenty of light, curtains, and has several overhead fans in addition to very good A/C and Wi-Fi throughout. Cathedral ceilings provide plenty of air circulation. The king size bed was superb with excellent mattress, clean sheets and covers and several new pillows. There...

"My friend and I had a 2 night stay of our 6 nights touring of Sri Lanka. As you walk through the doors you are escorted to the reception area. Check in was quick and you are escorted to your room where you are told of the amenities in the room. The room was clean, spacious and had sea views. We had a balcony with a seated area. Breakfast consisted of wide selection and my food allergies was catered for. I was impressed that the reception staff at the Tide restaurant knew my allergies and a chef would guide me on what was safe or make me something slightly different. The outdoor view from the Tide restaurant is amazing especially at sunset. The food there is very nice. The roof top area is lovely and a very nice place to sit and relax. The complimentary city tour is a bonus and a nice thought. Overall I was very impress with this hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location in Fort, excellent facilities, friendly staff. The breakfast was not included in our reservation, and it was not worth the price. Lots of options, but uneven for a four star hotel: in a tropical country, only mediocre papaya and watermelon as fruits, and industrial juices? Margherine instead of butter? And the tech side (robots for room service) is a silly gimmick."
