our stay was magical. We arrived as welcomed guests by Jess and his team and left as friends.The villa is delightful situated on the edge of the canal and we enjoyed just sitting on the verandah and watching the river life pass by.Jess cooked the most amazing meals for us in the adjacent kitchen - undoubtedly some of the best we had in our three weeks in India - and personalised to our particular tastes.Amongst other activities we went on a magical early morning canal trip in a two passenger boat moored at our doorstep seeing the sun rising over the rice paddies and being introduced to local life and on an evening canal trip to a toddy house.It was the most perfect three day end to our wonderful journey in Southern India and has given us many special memories. We cannot recommend a stay at Little Chembaka highly enough.
