Full Villa Description:
Villa Anarita is a large three bedroom holiday villa set stunning gardens, with views over the 1st fairway on the golf course. There is a large open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). The living room is comfortably furnished, has a TV system that offers unlimited movies and sports channel, and has patio doors that open out to the poolside terrace. The L-shaped private pool is set within spacious grounds, with a lovely terrace lined with sunbeds and a large, beautifully landscaped garden that provides a beautiful holiday backdrop and plenty of privacy too. The outside area also has dining table and chairs, darts board, a Gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area.

The ground floor also hosts the first twin room, which has en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower and opens out to the pool terrace.

The first floor hosts the second twin room and the large master double room, both with ensuite bathrooms with bath and overhead showers. Both bedrooms also open on to the large upper balcony which is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and offers gorgeous golf course and sunset views – the perfect spot for a peaceful read, or sundowner.

Villa Anarita is located within walking distance of the Resort village centre, is air conditioned throughout, has central heating for winter comfort and has free, reliable wi-fi.

Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, and this villa is around a 10 walk from these facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
