You can smell the rosemary and lavender from the garden. The breakfast is fresh and tasty and the people who serve us are very warm. The estate guard dog Kony is super friendly and my kids loved playing with her. The Arcadia is a mountainous area which is very different from other more popular Greek destinations. "This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "The only positive thing about our stay was the friendly staff member who greeted us at the reception. Aside from that, everything else was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small—when staying as three people, there’s barely any space left even to put your suitcases. The bathroom is very dim, and the glass door offers no privacy. The shower is tiny and narrow, and it takes about 15 minutes for the hot water to come on. The showerheads are old and in poor condition. Not even a single bottle...
