"I had a wonderful stay at Harbor Plaza 8 Degrees Hong Kong, and I would especially like to recognize one of the front desk staff members, Louis, for his exceptional kindness and support. During my stay, I experienced one of my most stressful and frazzled moments due to a double booking issue. Louis went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through the steps to try to resolve the situation, and even offered me an upgrade to help make my stay more comfortable. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly made a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. It is rare to encounter someone who provides such genuine care and takes ownership in helping guests. Thank you, Louis, for turning a stressful situation into a positive memory. Your excellent service is a true reflection of the hospitality that makes a hotel stand out. I sincerely appreciate your help and kindness."

"The hotel is in a great location right on the harbour promenade. We had a room facing the harbour with a lovely view. Breakfast is great with a good selection of local and international dishes. The pool looks good but it was raining and it was closed. The staff are very professional and attentive."

"The property has been well maintained but lacks the modern amenities expected in a property of this stature and price range. No desk for executives to do work in room, power outlets cater only for locals, you have to buy adaptors to use power in the room. No complimentary drinking water in rooms. Breakfast was ample but sub-par for what you would expect. The property is very centrally located and staff are super friendly."
