The only reason I booked this hotel was for the beautiful rooftop pool area for which I was failed to be notified prior to booking and prior to checking in was closed for its annual maintenance. Additionally 3-4 weeks on from checking out the deposit is still showing as pending on my credit card and I'm unable to close the account because of this emails that I have sent to the hotel regarding this via hotels.com have been ignored. All in all a completely unsatisfactory experience which ruined my holiday
