Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la
The hotel is a little out of the city so I wouldn't reccomend it as a base to explore Hong Kong. The boats across stop quite early so you cant get back easily. The hotel itself is super clean and the staff are amazing. I had a grest stay for a business trip and a conference at the hotel.
