I have medical emergency (death) in my family and I had to check out the hotel within one hour of check-in and I requested them to take the penalty charges and refund me atleast some amount as I booked two rooms, but all in vail they don't have humanity and not even a penny was refunded. Also the property was pathetic unhygenic and worst property ever. Please never trust and do booking from treebo and specially Expedia....really poor"

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was...
