"It is a great place. I highly recommended. It’s beautiful. People were very professional. Very kind I was upgraded. Our room was absolutely fantastic. We really love it. We had a good look at the pools the beach. Everything appears to be really impeccable. Everybody there was very good service. There was a lot of delicious food And people were very courteous. Unfortunately, I have planned only one night but I will come back and it will request to come to the same hotel because it was absolutely beautiful. I would like to spend a little bit more time there."

"We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints. The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us. We love lunch’s at Peoples overlooking the beach and taking the odd taxi into Bodrum. Thank you for another relaxing stay!"

"Otel çok güzel gayet temiz ve düzenli. Sadece bizim kaldığımız odada sıcak su termosifonla sağlandığı için tek kişi banyo yapınca su hemen soğudu ikinci kişiye sıcak su kalmadığı için tekrar ısınmasını beklemek zorunda kaldık onun dışında bir sorun yok. Açık büfe kahvaltıda çok çeşitli ve çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve işgili çok beğendik."

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
