This 58 (usable area) plus 10 (private garden) square meter apartment boasts stunning private jungle views from its private balcony, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or evening drinks. This apartment is located on the ground floor of building A facing the back of the building, we have converted this area into a private garden and paint the back wall into a nice cozy boundary for your private relaxation.
The living room features two smart TVs (55 and 43 inches) for Netflix, YouTube, or cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for light meals, including a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, coffee maker, and more. A hybrid dining table with eco-friendly chairs can also be used as a workspace. High-speed fiber optic internet is available.
