Even though that most of the staff members spoke little to no English, they were always friendly and tried their best to help me somehow. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough, great hospitality here. The rooms are spacious and clean enough. It was just so annoying that they renovated their whole hotel at the moment and sometimes woke me up because they were doing some work around my room or talked to each other so loud. (The rooms aren't soundproof at all)

El servicio es impecable. Nos dieron una habitacion con acceso directo a la piscina, pero preferimos una zona mas tranquila e hicieron lo necesario para hacer el cambio. Perfecto. Estuvimos una estancia de 4 noches perfecta. Está en una zona tranquila a 10 minutos a pie del night market . Buen desayuno.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection. Lots of loungers by the pool. It would be nice to have a couple tables and chairs by the pool if you just want to sit and have a drink with friends or play a game of cards.

Hôtel sympa mais certains piinrs sont vraiment à revoir: - femmes de chambre très bruyantes, talkie-walkie à fond dans les couiloirs dès 8h30 du matin, les parties communes sont bruyantes le bruit résonne énormément. - le rideau de douche et la robinetterie a besoin d'un sérieux coup de neuf, - la réception TV est de très mauvaise qualité et il n'existe que très peu de chaines, - présence de moustiques une fous la nuit tombée. Je laisse une bonne note pour la gentillesse des équipes et parce que j'ai.bénéficié d'un tarif raisonnable mais en aucun cas un tarif supérieur à 45€ serait justifié. Une simple remise à neuf des équipements de la salle de bain serait vraiment appréciée. Le lit était très confortable

Upon booking this hotel I was pretty impressed with their pictures of the rooms and pool (I should have known better) as once we arrived it was very apparent they’d taken photos of specific rooms which they’ve recently renovated or used for the photo shoot. The hotel itself was very dated, the rooms looked like they hadn’t been refurbished since the hotel opened and the pool area was very small compared to their photos. That said the location was central to all parts of Ao Nang and if you’re happy with a little bit of dated rooms then this would be a good place to book.

Disappointed with room

The location of the hotel is perfect with lots of eating shops. My room has been upgraded by the staff at pool view room level 1. The room has cockroach and mosquitoes (due to near the pool). The safe box is spoilt and worst they do not have any iron. So i think for muslim travellers who need to iron their scarf, need to check if hotels have the iron.

This is a decent basic hotel in a fine location. Definitely not fancy or especially memorable. Good location a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and a night market. Good breakfast with lots of Western and Asian choices. The pool was clean and pleasant but quite small and mostly surrounded by private rooms, which made it less than ideal for small children to play freely. The wifi is terrible—it almost never worked. The information states that room service is available until 10:30 pm, but when I tried to order it at 9:00 pm they told me it was already closed. The rooms are clean but basic. The lobby has a constant background smell of sewage.
