Family run place, friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to many shops, bars, sights, riverside. Enjoyable small swimming pool, be careful in strong sunshine. Nice balcony, good wifi, good shower, comfortable bed. Very enjoyable stay.

The owner arranged a transportation to get to our second destination while we could stop by a sightseeing spot on the way. It was very helpful. Their breakfast was very decent and tasty. The hotel is located at the end of the main street and very quiet yet there is a Seven Eleven nearby for convenience.

The best stay in Krabi Downtown that ticks all the boxes: Cost-effectiveness - Reasonably priced Space - Spacious room and the most spacious balcony Cleanliness - Well kept, neat and comfy Bed - Firm and perfect for a good night rest Pool - Good enough for a refreshing swim and chill Location - Walking distance to many tasty restaurants, convenient shops, a mall and a night market, also near the beautiful river Parking - Free and easy to park Breakfast - Very thoughtful and wholesome breakfast every morning Service - The best and it makes my family feels like home Conclusion: Highly recommended and personally we’d come back again, definitely.

Cozy is close from airport, shopping and everything.Very good place to start, or when you are coming back from some islands. And for longer stay in Krabi, of course. Best information and help ever. See You soon!!🙂

Our first impression of this hotel was very poor. The lobby was an absolute mess of boxes, unorganized files, dishes and utter chaos. It could use a thorough cleanup! However, We had a clean room on the main level with the patio access to the pool area. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. At first glance the location seems “sketchy “, however once we started to explore we realized that we were close to the walking night market street which was a fun experience.

The pool area was lovely lots of singing birds! There were no hand towels. Three flights with luggage was a bit hot! Hard to understand the proprietors. Air con worked well!

Great location for exploring Krabi town, especially the night market and the river walk. Nice hotel, beds are a little on the hard side but I slept well even though I normally sleep on something closer to a marshmallow. Be aware that safes in the rooms do not work. If you have items you prefer to put in a safe, it has to go with the desk guy to go in their big safe, and he is not going to necessarily be around the second you want to put stuff in or take stuff out. Overall a good deal, but definitely don’t put stuff in the safe if you’re going to be in a rush to leave at checkout time.

Great location with a very friendly and helpful staff. I made a pre-request to be accommodated in the most quiet room possible, so they put me on the top floor at the end of the hall. Just perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a quiet residential area, sleeping with the balcony door open is possible. Night markets, shops and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly reception by the manager. Large, very clean and well equipped room. Refreshing pool in the courtyard. Breakfast is served for a small fee

Awful place tourist trap

This hotel treats us guests like we are in Jail. The women manger screams at guests all the time , i think she is mental crazy. Awful stay at a tourist trap with roud unhelpful hosts that made my stay very bad. Beware and avoid being treated like waste while we pay them

Cozy place had poor staff, the owner was not at the lobby for an hour and we waited in the lobby and almost missed out tour was leaving because we could not put our bags in the room. The towels were poor and the bed had only one blanket. However, the room cleaner was very nice and had a good interactions with her.

Proprietor laughed at me when I said no toilet paper in room. Said would have after get back from supper. Lied, didn't have when got back. Laughed again as if he thinks funny. Finally got after I refused to return to room without it. If you like that kind of treatment you will enjoy this place.
