"Quite mediocre - staff is ok and the hotel is not too far from the beach, but it is tucked away behind some of the bigger hotels and is in the far end of Ao Nang Beach. Cleanliness is not good - although the sheets are ok, the bathrooms have a lot of stains. The entire property is pretty worn out and smells bad. I would recommend you find a hotel closer to the heart of Ao Nang Beach."

"This was an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfy and great pillows which I have found to be a rarity in Thailand. The breakfast buffet was the only slight letdown as it was usually cold but the rest of the food was delicious. Overnight there was a fun fire show and really good live music. 10/10 I highly reccomend"

"Had a suite hotel. The rooms were outworn and there was a very high humidate despite the airconditioning was always on. It also had a smell of sewer most of the time. All my clothes in my suitcase were moisty and nothing could get dry inside. Even the hotel phone rang multiples times, even in the night, but the lobby couldn’t identify why. The best thing was the massage lady, very nice and gentle and even came with mango and bananas for free for my child. The resort is in walking distance to many shops nearby and has own private Beach, which is nice. The pool areas are also good. And breakfast is variable."

"Other than the gym feeling a bit outdated, everything else was great. One thing to keep in mind is the tide level upon arrival — if the tide is low, the boat may not be able to get close to the dock, so you might need to walk a short distance to the hotel. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of."
