Holiday Apartment 'Amelie' with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Amelie is located on the top floor of a holiday home in Kraiburg am Inn – quietly and close to nature between Mühldorf, Altötting, Chiemsee and the Inn Valley. The 70 m² accommodation offers space for up to four people and is ideal for relaxing, hiking or cycling holidays. You have one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From your private balcony, you enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery – perfect for relaxing after trips to the surroundings, such as the Innauen, the Untere Alz nature reserve, Waldsee Kraiburg or the Benediktweg. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine and dryer are available. The apartment is ideal for families, couples or working in nature near Chiemgau and the Alpine foothills.

Enjoy the proximity to nature in our bright, spacious holiday flats in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, just 70 km from Munich. Situated directly on the Inn cycle path, this location is ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers. You can relax on the balcony with a view of Guttenburg Castle and in the garden with fruit trees. The modern holiday flats offer approx. 70 m², fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WLAN, washing machine and 2-4 beds. Check-in is uncomplicated via a key box, parking spaces are available.

Our house has four separate flats - ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends who want to travel together but still value their own privacy. This is the perfect way to combine time together and retreat.

The private, traffic-free grounds are surrounded by meadows, forests and animals such as deer, chickens and birds. Hiking trails and the Inn cycle path start right on the doorstep. An ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle, recharge your batteries and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. A special retreat for all those who want to experience nature to the full.
