the location and accessibility of the hotel were important to me. The condition of maintenance and finish were good, and the room was really clean. The shower was spacious and there were plenty of towels available.

The property is in a beautiful location and the view from the balcony was great. However, there were few Issues during my stay that I hope would be improved upon: - Very weak to no Wi-Fi - No microwave available for guests staying at the hotel rooms. Front desk said the restaurant could heat food, but on Christmas night (when everything was closed) the restaurant refused to heat my food despite this being my only option. - No hair dryer in the room - Noise late at night from the on-site restaurant and other room guests - Parking is difficult to find during and after 5 p.m. because the restaurant is open to the public - Bright lights from the marina shine into the room, and the curtains are not blackout
