"Our stay at Villa Beckmann was perfect. The location of the house on the edge of historical Gengenbach was fantastic. A beautiful setting. House is comfortable and the children loved it. We appreciated the history and architecture. The house has great views - the trains and river were appreciated! Five star, thank you "

"Staff was outstanding. I’d like to mention the little lady at breakfast. She was so pleasant and nice to talk to. Another lady who stood out was the blonde lady at dinner who was very attentive and friendly! And the young man who helped us in the mornings since he spoke English the best. Thank you!"

"Excellent property. Easy to find & only a few minutes from the town square. Easy walking distance to beautiful river trails. The property was clean, big & easy to access. Nice size bedrooms and excellent shower. Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven etc. Parking space out front. An excellent alternative to a hotel room. Wish I'd stayed longer. Highly recommended."

"Loud people living upstairs. Banging around all hours of the night. Not clean. The ad said there was laundry and that was my #1 search requirement as it was mid trip for us. Saw pics with a laundry in the kitchen. No laundry machine was there just an Empty space. Host said there’s no laundry in town so we all had to hand wash. It was a pain. One couch and nowhere else to sit and visit. Front door lock didn’t work very well. Always felt like I was going to be locked out. Great location just a block from the towns gate. But not worth it. Vrbo should consider delisting unless improvements are made. "
