"My dad and I both enjoyed our stay at this rental. The proximity to RMNP entrance was wonderful and easy to make it into the park before the timed entry started. The master suite worked out well for my dad to stay on the same level once up the stairs. The room and attached bathroom worked out well for me on the lower level. "What a great house and location. We have never been to Grand Lake so we didnt really know what to expect. But it was one of our best vacations as a family. The house was perfect. Beautiful scenery and a big lake to fish in with kayaks. Kids loved fishing, hiking and being on the lake. House was perfect and we had no issues. What a relaxing perfect get away. "Enjoyed the stay and it's as described: quiet, cozy cabin. I think it would be helpful to stoke the kitchen a little better; no bowls, limited/lower quality cooking supplies. The water heater pressure is unstable and as a result, it is hard to hold the water temperature in the shower. Finally, it would be helpful to add screens so that the bedroom windows can be open without the risk of bugs entering. Overall, I have to note these things, given the pretty high price tag for a 1BR. "My crew and I stayed here and loved it. It was brought up that it was more like vacation than working in the sun all day. It was nice and relaxing to enjoy the property the hot tub. We are electricians and had to do an underground wire pull. It was much hotter than expected and that made it even better to go spend the night at a beautiful place and get back at it again in the morning. "only issues (because of our age) mattresses were so high, my friend had to purchase a step stool in order to get in bed. lack of local news and CBS, and NBC channel very frustrating. We had great difficulty manipulating "smart TV" again, age certainly a factor. lock issue with door a major frustration. overall, we had a great time and found the cabin warm, welcoming and well stocked compared to other VRBO's we have stayed in. "First time at the bungalow but hopefully not our last. We LOVED our stay! House had all the amenities- great dishes, plenty of extras and beautifully decorated! This house was renovated with love and good decorating skills. The deck is amazing with comfy seats and fluffy throws. Our dog loved the roominess of the fenced yard and we went on great walks in the neighborhood everyday. Just loved it all! Can’t wait to return."
