Newly built apartment (2021) on the second floor with 3 rooms and a kitchen, in absolutely top condition, with a beautiful sandy beach and a swimming pier right outside. Two balconies off the kitchen and bedroom, offering views of the sea and beach, as well as Kantarell Swimming Beach just around the corner—featuring a municipal outdoor pool open during the summer—and Åhus Seaside, which offers a day spa open year-round (admission purchased on-site), https://www.ahusseaside.com/seaside-spa/
Modernly furnished with all the amenities for a successful holiday. A mini-golf course and restaurants are right nearby. Access to a sun deck on the ground floor, right next to the beautiful sandy beach at Åhus Bryggan. A parking space in the garage is available during the summer (June–September). The rest of the year, parking is available in front of the house with our parking permit.
A sauna with a small relaxation area is available free of charge and can be booked through us upon request.

Close to city centre Åhus with attractions such as Absolut Company, restaurants, and shops. The Sweden Rock Festival is a popular nearby destination. Other popular events include Åhus Beach Handball and beach football. Dining options nearby include Taco Bar and Åhus Seaside’s fine à la carte restaurant.
