The summer bungalow and the separate holiday apartment are situated in a quiet location away from the village on a separate recreational property, separated from the owner's residential property. There is a marvellous distant view of the Baltic Sea from the property. Both accommodation units have a terrace, barbecue and car parking space. Water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. The holiday accommodation is only available to holiday guests (no fitters/workers desired).

The holiday apartment has a size of approx. 44 square metres and can be used by up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor of a residential building and has separate access. Equipped with living room (upholstered furniture with double sofa bed, TV, radio), bedroom (double bed, bunk bed), mini-kitchen (with fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob and various kitchen appliances and dining area), shower/WC, electric heating.

Jennewitz is a village north of the small town of Kröpelin on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The seaside resort of Kühlungsborn is approx. 8 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found within a radius of approx. 2.5 km. Tourist tax is payable on site.
