"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "

"Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Anreisebeschreibung perfekt, wir haben alles sofort gefunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und für uns vorbereitet. Sie könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Modernisierung gebrauchen (Bad). Der Preis ist auch etwas großzügig bemessen für eine 1-Raum-Wohnung mit Bad. Sonst passte alles. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und unkompliziert."

"Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Wohnung. Dieses Mal hat auch das Wetter gut mitgespielt, Sonne satt. Die Wohnung ist toll direkt am Deich gelegen, war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch den Garten haben wir beim Frühstücken genießen können. Buxtehude und Stade sind auch schnell zu erreichen. "

Er versicherte mir das beide Bäder saniert sind und bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das unterr Badezimmer immer noch saniert wird. Dadurch war überall im Haus Baustaub. Die Lampen höngen kaputt von den Decken und es war sehr dreckig. Grill müssen wir selbst aufbauen und an die Fährrader und das Kajak das in der Beschreibung stand kommt man...

"Nice, pet-friendly, hotel. Convenient place to stay near to the motorway. We were travelling with our dog. Staff were very welcoming. There was a small charge, I think €20, for a pet-friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but they can go in the bar, where you can get food and drinks. The hotel is next to a park where we could exercise our dog. Food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were very good."
