This beautiful new, fenced-in, detached vacation home in the Frisian-style is located in a quiet yet central part of Greetsiel. The picturesque fishing harbor, cozy restaurants, and grocery store are just a few minutes away.

House Aloha is attractively and comfortably furnished and features 3 bedrooms (each with a TV) and 2 bathrooms. The first floor is fully tiled (with underfloor heating).

A fireplace provides cozy warmth in the open-concept living-dining area.

One bedroom and a large bathroom (with a walk-in shower) are located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor. The upper floor has laminate flooring. The windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.

All other amenities—such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker, blender, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, flat-screen TV, stereo, hair dryer, etc.—leave nothing to be desired.

The patio is furnished and now also features a beach chair. The garden is fenced.

Pets are not allowed.

The house comes with two parking spaces and a garden shed.

The accommodations Amelie, Hannes Koje, Heubude, and Windrose are located in the building right next door, should you need more space.

The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
