The cosy "Anna" holiday apartment measures 61 m² and is located in a former residential building on the Gulfhof. It’s ideal for a relaxing North Sea holiday for 2 to 4 people.<br>The apartment, flooded with natural light and featuring exposed beams and beautiful solid-wood floorboards, offers a very special old-world charm. The view from the windows looks out towards the dike and the old orchard. The apartment is one of the few with a direct view of the fenced-in pond.<br>The apartment features a comfortable living and dining area decorated in soothing colours and equipped with a 50-inch smart TV. In the cosy dining area, you’ll find plenty of dishes and glasses to enjoy a relaxed breakfast or wind down at the end of the day.<br>The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, high-quality pots and knives, as well as a PHILIPS Senseo pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.<br>The first cosy bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and space for a cot. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) that can also be pushed together.<br>The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower for your relaxation. In addition to underfloor heating, there is a large radiator for drying towels and clothes.<br>The apartment also includes a private terrace in the common area of our park, complete with a fire pit. The terrace is equipped with Kettler patio furniture for 4 people, a parasol, and a Weber kettle grill.<br>You can park your car in the on-site car park. You can store your bicycles safely and securely in the adjacent bike shed.<br>The apartment features children’s amenities (including a high chair, travel cot with changing pad, children’s tableware…), fly screens on all windows, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, heated floors, and free Wi-Fi. An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack (including clothes pegs) are also available.<br>From the Anna holiday rental, it’s just under 2 km to Trockenstrand, where there’s a swimming spot behind the dike and a lovely playground for children.
