Im ganzen war der Urlaub entspannt. Leider war das Wetter zu der Zeit sehr wechselhaft. Die vorhandene Überdachung war dann für die mitgebrachten Fahrräder ein großes Plus. Die Unterkunft in Greetsiel kann ich empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, warum nur so wenig Geschirr vorhanden ist, wo doch eine Spülmaschine da ist. Außerdem vermissen wir ein paar Haken im Bad und auch im Schlafzimmer. Die Gardine im Wohnzimmer bietet nicht den nötigen Sichtschutz. Bei dem Außenplatz ist nicht klar, zu wem er gehört.

Wohnung Paloma 2 in Greetsiel

Die Wohnung ist sehr ungepflegt, Fussleisten lose, das Sofa lädt nicht zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein, die Ränder waren richtig schmutzig. Gut, dass wir noch eine Decke im Auto hatten. Eine sehr gefährliche Stufe machte den Toilettengang Nachts sehr schwierig. Die Gartennutzung in total ungepflegter Umgebung haben wir auch nicht nutzen können. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr "spartanisch" eingerichtet und dekoriert. Was punktet, ist die gute Nähe zum Ortskern.

Feuchtigkeit im Haus und Schimmel

Gesundheitsgefährdend, da im Keller des Hauses permanent Wasser steht. Küchen- und WC-Fenster sind mit Schimmel befallen und lassen sich kaum öffnen. An der Aussenmauer hat sich bereits Salpeter gebildet und Steine bröckeln ab von der Feuchtigkeit. Das Haus riecht von innen muffig, mein Mann hatte akute Atemprobleme und wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Bitte nicht mehr weitervermieten, dies haben wir dem Verwalter alles mitgeteilt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße, ist aber dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Sie ist sauber, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Kurzaufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung war für uns zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße von Greetsiel. Alles schnell erreichbar, zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Allerdings war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Wir waren sehr viel unterwegs, deshalb hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört.
