Located right next to the Twin Mills in a quiet cul-de-sac, we’d like to welcome you:

“Welcome to our Frisian Dream.”

It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the idyllic harbour and the historic town centre of Greetsiel.

This high-quality, comfortable, non-smoking home (for 4 people and a toddler) is furnished with great attention to detail and leaves nothing to be desired.

The ground floor is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. On cool days, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in the comfortable living-dining area with its exposed wood beam ceiling. A flat-screen TV (46 inches), a stereo system with MP3 and USB ports, and a DVD/Blu-ray player are all part of the furnishings here.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, blender, egg cooker, electric kettle, waffle maker, and much more. Of course, the typical East Frisian tea set is also included.

Furthermore, the ground floor features a guest bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron.

Upstairs, the house features two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds (90 x 200) and laminate flooring. A second flat-screen TV (32 inches) is available in the bedroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, plenty of storage space, and a large Velux window (with a sunshade).

For our younger guests, we also provide a portable travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, a bed rail, children’s tableware, a children’s stool, a Bobby Car, games, and children’s audiobooks.

All windows are equipped with roller shutters (except for the patio window), and the bedrooms and patio door also have fly screens. Smoke detectors are installed on the ground floor and upper floor.

The large, cosy south-facing terrace with a view of the mill is perfect for sunbathing and is equipped with patio furniture and a large umbrella. Adjacent to the terrace is the lovingly landscaped, fully fenced garden with a spacious lawn.

For cosy outdoor moments, a charcoal grill is available for all barbecue enthusiasts.

One parking space and a garden shed for storing bicycles are included with the house.

Pets (dogs) are welcome upon prior notice!

The house right next door, Ferijentied, is also available for rent through us.

The holiday home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town centre—with its romantic harbour, famous twin windmills, and cosy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dike landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous cycling and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
