This beautiful, comfortable, and new ground-floor apartment is located in the canal district of Greetsiel. The fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, and supermarket are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, blender, and much more.

2 bedrooms (including exterior blinds); one bedroom has a second satellite TV. A shower/toilet with a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer are also included.
The floors are fully tiled (allergy-friendly). The bathroom and the living-dining area feature comfortable underfloor heating.

A guest bathroom is also available in the apartment.

Satellite TV, a DVD player, and a CD/radio, as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are also included in the furnishings.

Patio with an electric grill and patio furniture. There is a garden shed for storing bicycles you bring with you.

The large property is completely fenced in (except on the side facing the moat).

Pets are not allowed.

One parking space is available in front of the property.

The Wattvogel apartment is located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out noise and dust disturbances.

Greetsiel is a state-recognized resort town located directly on the North Sea coast. In addition to the 600-year-old harbour, you’ll find a particularly charming town centre here, where the old fishermen’s houses have been lovingly restored—just a few minutes away from your property.
