The living area, flooded with light through the bay window, is modern and comfortably furnished. In addition to the large satellite LCD TV, there is a DVD player and a stereo system.

Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee pod machine, and more. Two seats here invite you to enjoy a quick coffee break.

The furnished balcony is perfect for sunbathing.

The bedroom with a double bed is large enough to accommodate a baby cot as well.

The modern bathroom features a shower with a rain showerhead, a heated towel rack, a washer-dryer, a radio, and a hair dryer.

The converted attic has two additional single beds. From here, you can even see all the way to the harbour. Two armchairs and another LCD satellite TV invite you to relax.

All windows are equipped with either pleated blinds or roller shades. Despite the tile flooring, the floor is pleasantly warm thanks to the extensive underfloor heating. Laminate flooring has been installed in the attic.

Fly screens are installed on the main windows.

An iron and ironing board are also available.

Behind the house, there is a storage shed available, e.g., for your bicycles. You can also charge your e-bikes using the electrical socket.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The accommodation “Ant Hellinghus” and “too Huus” are located in the same building, should you need more space.
