The Frisian house was built in solid construction. On a plot of approx. 500m² and a living space of approx. 90m², this holiday home leaves plenty of room for your development. It is a pet-free, non-smoking and allergy-friendly house.
The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In the cooler months, the stove provides cosy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine so you can start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee. A television in the living room provides entertainment.
For families with small children, we are happy to provide a cot, games and books. Long-term rentals are also available, ideal for business travellers or if you just need a break from everyday life.
Once you enter the house through the bright porch, you will find yourself in the heart of the holiday home, the spacious living/dining room with adjoining fitted kitchen. The large window elements give this room a unique living feeling. In addition, a wood-burning stove provides relaxing warmth even on cold days. The space on the ground floor is completed by a WC, a storeroom (also suitable for storing suitcases) and the utility room (PRIVATE). From the living room, a wide metal staircase leads to the converted upper floor. Once upstairs, you will find two cosy bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a modern daylight bathroom with rain shower.

The Upleward dry beach is just under 2 kilometres from Hamswehrum and can be easily reached by bike.
